30-Day Guarantee

We want every item to be a perfect compliment to your Garden. You can request a return within 30 days after delivery if you feel the item doesn't satisfy your Garden. Returns must be with the original contents and original packaging; returned merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for a refund.

Returns are free of charge up to 30 days after the order arrives

 

How to Request a Return

Step 1

Send your return request to customerservices@theoutdoorgardenstore.co.uk and include:

• Order number
• Reason for return
• Expected solution: Full replacement / Full refund
• SKU and quantity of items

Step 2

The Outdoor Garden store will confirm the return instructions. If applicable, return costs will also be confirmed.

The items must be returned in its original state and packaging.

If the order needs to be repackaged, the size and weight of the new packaging must be similar to the original packaging and not exceed the carrier’s restrictions.

You must also inform customer services of the following:

• The number of boxes that will used
• The size and weight of each box

The Outdoor Garden Store will not be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

Step 3

The Outdoor Garden Store will process a refund or a replacement item for you once the product has arrived at the warehouse

Important:

• The Outdoor Garden Store will not be responsible in case of loss or additional returns costs
• Please ensure the weight or the number of packages you wish to return has the same weight or number as the original order you received
